The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection is a cardholder benefit for eligible Citibank Ultima cardholders. This benefit offers eligible cardholders seven amenities while staying at any of our 900+ hotel partners around the world: Automatic room upgrade upon arrival, when available; Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi, when available; Complimentary breakfast for two; $25 USD food or beverage credit; VIP Guest status; Late check-out upon request, when available . To receive these benefits, you must book your reservation through your Citi Ultima Lifestyle Relationship Manager and use an eligible Visa premium card to book and pay for your entire stay. What credit cards are eligible for this hotel program?
Authorized cardholders who hold an eligible Citibank Ultima card and are in good standing can book the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection through a Citi Ultima Lifestyle Relationship Manager. The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection offer is valid only when you book and pay for your stay with a valid, eligible Citibank Ultima card.
How do I book a hotel in the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection?
To make a reservation at a hotel in the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, please contact your Citi Ultima Lifestyle Relationship Manager.
If I book a reservation directly with the hotel, will I still receive the seven benefits?
No, you must make your reservation through your Citi Ultima Lifestyle Relationship Manager in order to receive your benefits.

When will I be charged?
The hotel will charge your eligible Visa premium card at the time of check out unless otherwise indicated during the reservation process. All reservations, deposits, cancellations and modifications are subject to the hotel's rules and policies. To confirm deposit details about a particular reservation please contact your CIti Ultima Lifestyle Relationship Manager.
Who do I contact if I have a special request during my stay?
Please contact your Citi Ultima Lifestyle Relationship Manager or the hotel directly if you have a special request during your stay. Individual hotel phone numbers can be found on your confirmation email. The hotel will attempt to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored.
